Occupied tower balcony frame

An owner or housing operator extends part of an occupied concrete tower with a separate pale frame and shallow winter gardens. Older slab edges and the core remain visible behind sliding translucent panels. A slider can jam and a joint can leak. Tenant mesh remains tenant equipment, with its cables tied around later repairs rather than absorbed into the landlord's network. See Place lens: New York and Mesh.
