Precinct edge service annex

A public operator or parliamentary service contractor runs a small credentials and materials annex beside an older office shell. A pale angular addition meets the old wall at a dark service seam and recessed entrance. Staff, parcels and maintenance transfers use the annex. A jammed hatch or failed reader delays a worker, and the operator's authority ends at its premises. See Place lens: Ottawa, Sensors and Who holds the city.
