Edited texts

Edited texts. A phone can edit a text it sent, for a short while after: the words change in place on both phones and the bubble says Edited, so the other side knows it was changed. Most people never bother; a fussy one fixes a typo within seconds, while you are still looking at it. It is the phone's doing, never something written in a text.
