Glitch

Glitch (the synthetic kind). Whatever the labs made this month. A new compound every few weeks, sold as anything else, always a step ahead of the tests. Cheap to make, wildly variable, the most profit and the most trouble. Some batches carry a second payload for chipped users: a stutter, a lost hour, a looping word. A published test result can point straight back to the lab that made it.
