Delivery robots

Delivery robots. Secondhand sidewalk bots, fifteen years old, reflashed and steered remotely over the phone network, often by kids, one driver to several bots. Failure: the video lags under overpasses and the bot freezes; people flip them and cut the bins open; a rival takes over the session; the bot's camera still uploads to the company that sold it.
