Getting around

People mostly walk, cycle, take a bus or train where there is one, call a car, or keep an old car or a working van. Couriers use bikes, transit, sidewalk bots and small drones, whichever suits the trip. Armoured transport exists and belongs to a job or a power that can pay for it; nobody needs a flying car. A vehicle may be unsubscribed, stuck at a charger, late in the weather or logged at a gate, and it still gets someone across town when it works.
