School blocks

A block with a school on it is watched. A patrol car sits at the gate for the morning bell, a police drone hangs over the crossing at three, and the sentencing enhancement for selling near a school is a number every dealer knows by heart. Selling there draws more heat than the same sale a block over. A dealer who knows the block says so before working it, and some will not work it at all. Which blocks have a school is the map's to say: only a school on the checked list of real places is one (The real map and the real clock).
